Who are my clients?
I specialize in providing direct support to small businesses -- whether it's workstation maintenance, server administration, database administration, security application setup and monitoring. Many of my clients are Google Workspace customers, and I provide admin support as needed.
How does this work?
I offer two basic business arrangements: retainer and fee-for-service. Retainer is a monthly subscription backed by an SLA. You may contact me any time, and I'll respond within the timeframe we've agreed upon.
My fee-for-service option is billed at an hourly rate depending on the service provided.
